Our group of 8 visited Osaka Hibachi a few weeks ago. Some of us had already been in the past, whereas some of us had not. I personally wasn't sure what to expect. From start to finish, the experience was beyond formidable and memorable. We were seated at the Teppanyaki table with another group of 4, who all appeared as satisfied as we were. Yes, food is the central attraction here, but the chef's culinary skills and sharp humor were the star of the show. It would be important to mention that this establishment has a 'high end' ambiance to it, although there is no dress code. Inside, the restaurant is thematically decorated with premium modern finishes and materials. The lighting is nearly perfect and creates a welcoming ambiance. There is a well stocked bar with traditional, generic, well-known spirits and beers. I was disappointed they didn't have any Japanese whiskey. By all means, this isn't a cheap endeavor, but nor is it one you have frequently, making it the ideal restaurant for celebrations/birthdays. PS: get the fried rice

We had a great lunch with my family and it's our first time..the food is great and we enjoyed every food we had..atmosphere is good with a good japanese music not to mention the good service .thank you for that wonderful experience and surely we'll be back here..Must Try

For my first visit I was blown away by everything and will definitely return. We went as a group and I recommend the grill table experience where the chef cooks the food in front of you. The ambiance, service and food was excellent. We were not rushed out even if our group was the last one of the day and we left just after their closing time. I would recommend a reservation for the table cooking experience. Can't wait to go again!

Friend and I were visiting from Halifax and this place was highly reviewed, went in for the sushi and it didn’t not disappoint. Flavour, presentation freshness were on point some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time! Service was also friendly and incredibly fast We poked our head in on the other side of the restaurant where they have the hot plates and it looked like a great time. This place will definitely be a go to spot when we visit Moncton in the future!

Took my daughter put to eat while I'm on a work trip. The food and atmosphere was amazing. She had such a good time. Was very much needed.

I’m not a regular sushi eater, but I can say without hesitation that this was one of the best sushi experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered the large Maki roll platter, which came beautifully presented on a wooden boat—a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with a wide variety of rolls that offered something for everyone. From the crispy tempura to the vibrant garnishes, each bite was packed with flavor and texture. Even with three adults sharing the meal, the portion was so generous that we had leftovers to take home. Service was equally impressive—pleasant, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. Osake Hibachi is, without a doubt, among the top places to go in Moncton for sushi. I highly recommend it and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Upon entering, I noticed the restaurant was quite spacious. We were well received, and service was great throughout our visit. We had questions about the menu, and were very well guided as we were told that some of the portions we were looking at were quite large. As you can see from the images, the mango roll and Philadelphia roll were quite large and filling. The quality of the fish was very good and very tasty. They have a few draft beer options. The decoration was very classic and felt like it transported us to another country. The restaurant is located on the main street in Moncton so your parking options are limited to street parking.

Had the sushi and roll boat super good! Nagasaki ramen smells and taste awesome. Good portions and servings. We enjoyed their dishes. One of the best place to dine in when in Moncton main street. Great customer service too.
